Our Regime
The firm accepts brief in any category of case, and every case is prepared only after the strict regime of ‘paying attention’ to the grievance of the client in lengthy briefing sessions, ‘reading’ and understanding every document provided therein, and then strategising with application of the relevant law in force. There is no compromise made in the study and preparation of a case. The client being the ‘master of facts’ is invited to participate and collaborate in the preparation of a case, and thereafter the case is built brick by brick in a scientific manner.
Our Founder
Shri Prem Kumar Pothina was an entrepreneur until the year 2010 in various areas of business. At the age of 54 while during his successful stint as an exporter in the year of 2008 he found himself remediless in the view of onslaught of the recession. At this point he realised that it was not only himself but the whole community of entrepreneurs were all in the similar destitute state as he was. At this point of time, his experiences in the litigation against the banks and financial institutions were in fact arduous not because of the statues that were wrongfully misunderstood as 'draconian', but because of the lack of awareness among the entrepreneurs of the banking laws and their applications. At this stage, Prem Kumar Pothina decided to shift his career from a entrepreneur to a legal practitioner, and accomplished his law graduation in the year 2013.
